This video shows a quick way to lift your sagging jowls with face exercises.

This video targets the platysma and sternomastoid muscles at the front of

your neck and the mentalis muscles on your chin to define your

jaw line and tone your chin. The masseter and other muscles will be toned too. Sit up straight and drop your lower jaw. Push your jaw forward until you

feel tension in you cheeks near the ears. Hold this position for 10 seconds

and then draw your jaw in. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
