How to Lose belly fat with a stomach targeted exercises
In this video we are shown a workout that targets your stomach and helps you to lose belly fat and tighten your lower abs.
-Slightly bend your knees and lean forward. Then, place both of your hands on your knees.
-Begin by sucking your stomach in while breathing in at the same time.
-Hold for as long as you can and then release.
-Repeat this procedure as many times as you wish.
-Also try sucking your stomach in (while breathing in) and releasing quickly, and do this multiple times.
This is a very quick workout, but it really helps to target and tone your stomach.
